The Ministry Launches Supporting Services for Commercial Licenses via the "Balady" Platform

The Ministry launched a series of supporting services for commercial licenses via the digital "Balady" platform, aimed at giving customers self-service digital solutions and facilitating their access to municipal services. The supporting services include objecting to non-transfer of commercial license ownership, approving the addition of an old license, objecting to license suspension after subsequent inspection, and objecting to commercial license cancellation. All these supporting services are free and can be used without visiting municipalities, and guidance manuals are available via the Balady portal.
