The second edition of the Real Estate Future Forum is scheduled to be held in Riyadh from 23 to 25 January 2023, under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of approximately 30 countries including Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, the UAE, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and France. Sessions will address efforts to attract domestic and foreign real estate investment to the Kingdom, the role of private-sector projects in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in delivering high-quality residential units, and the target of raising homeownership to 70% in line with Vision 2030. Discussions will also cover services provided by the General Real Estate Authority—including the Real Estate Indicators Platform, the Geospatial Real Estate Portal, and the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration—as well as key legislative frameworks such as the Real Estate Ownership Law, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and the Foreign Real Estate Ownership and Investment Law.
