"Municipalities and Housing" Wins Global Excellence Certificate for "Baladi Lens" Innovation at WSIS Summit 2025

"البلديات والإسكان" تحصد شهادة تميز عالمية عن ابتكار "عدسة بلدي" في قمة WSIS 2025

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing won an excellence certificate from the WSIS 2025 summit in Geneva, in the e-government track, for its "Baladi Lens" technical innovation. The innovation uses artificial intelligence to detect visual distortion in cities and provide field images and data to support authorities in taking immediate action on targeted sites. It was selected among the top 360 projects out of 973 candidate projects submitted from around the world.
