The Real Estate Future Forum Launches in Riyadh and Witnesses the Signing of Agreements Worth More Than 10 Billion Riyals

The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, inaugurated the second edition of the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh, organized by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the General Authority for Real Estate. The forum spans three days, featuring more than 100 speakers from over 30 countries representing public and private sectors, alongside an exhibition of 60 pavilions, and covers 10 strategic axes including real estate investment, regulatory systems, and private-sector enablement. Cooperation agreements and memoranda in real estate development, construction technology, and residential and commercial projects were signed, valued at more than 10 billion riyals, along with the establishment of 4 investment funds. The Minister also noted that the forum coincides with the entry into force of the Real Estate Brokerage Regulation.
