A daily morning brief on what Saudi regulators have just published.

Common questions

Common questions.

If you have a question that isn't answered here, write to hello@bawadir.io and we'll add it.

  1. What is Bawadir?

A daily morning brief on what Saudi regulators have just published. Each weekday morning, Bawadir delivers a short list of new regulations, decisions, and standards, sorted by what needs your attention and what's for the file.

  2. Who is it for?

Compliance officers and senior compliance staff at Saudi enterprises. The brief is built for the people who already track regulator websites by hand and want that work compressed into one email.

  3. Which regulators do you currently cover, and what's planned?

Twenty-six regulators are live: SFDA, ZATCA, MHRSD, MEWA, SASO, NCA, MoH, GOSI, MoCI, MoMRAH, SDAIA, CMA, SAMA, CITC, MoJ, GSO, MoE, MISA, MoIM, MoF, GACA, TGA, SAIP, CHI, REGA, and IA. One more, MoT (Ministry of Tourism), is in active development; mt.gov.sa is currently geo-fenced to KSA's internal ministry network so we're working a path that doesn't depend on the public website. Twenty-seven total in scope. If you'd like to see a regulator we don't yet cover, write to hello@bawadir.io.

  4. When does the brief arrive?

Each weekday morning, around 06:00 Riyadh time. If no Saudi regulator published anything new since the prior brief, no email goes out: we don't pad inboxes with placeholder updates.

  5. Is the brief in Arabic?

Yes. Subscribers choose English or Arabic at signup, and each language is sent independently. Items are processed in their source language so titles and citations remain authoritative.

  6. How is each item classified?

Each entry is classified as Action required, Awareness, or Reference. Action required means a binding obligation has changed and the reader needs to do something. Awareness means a clarification or procedural notice worth knowing. Reference is for the file: useful, but no compliance action implied.

  7. Is the brief free?

Yes, free for everyone while we grow coverage. The cross-cutting daily brief stays free; we'll introduce paid tiers only for industry-curated variants as coverage expands.

  8. What data do you store?

Your email address and the language you chose. Nothing else. There is no data exchange, no integration, and nothing to onboard.

  9. How do I unsubscribe?

Every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer, and most modern inboxes also surface a one-click unsubscribe button at the top of the message. The unsubscribe is immediate.

  10. Can you cover a regulator I don't see?

Tell us. Email hello@bawadir.io with the regulator's name and a link to where they publish. Coverage decisions follow subscriber requests.

  11. Is Bawadir legal advice?

No. Bawadir surfaces what regulators have published; what to do about it sits between you, your team, and your counsel. The brief is an early-warning input to your existing compliance process, not a substitute for it.
