The Kingdom Concludes the 13th Session of the General Assembly of the Arab Accreditation Cooperation in Mecca
The 13th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Accreditation Cooperation (ARAC) concluded today in Mecca, with participation from Arab accreditation bodies. Members discussed several topics related to enhancing the accreditation system and developing the quality infrastructure in Arab countries. Participants reviewed technical reports and activities implemented during the year, in addition to following up on capacity-building programs and projects to develop technical practices for accreditation bodies. The General Assembly also discussed the upcoming strategic plan for the cooperation, which enhances paths for mutual recognition among Arab bodies and expands the scope of regional cooperation to support standards harmonization and improve the efficiency of accreditation services.
